By purchasing a subscription or lifetime access to Lisseni ("App", "we", "us"), you agree to the following specific terms regarding billing, renewals, cancellations, and service continuity. This policy is an extension of our Terms of Service.
1. Available Plans
We offer recurring subscriptions (such as Monthly and Yearly plans) and a one-time "Lifetime" access purchase to unlock the Pro features of the App.
2. Billing and Renewal
Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled. By subscribing, you consent to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store charging your associated payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each individual charge.
3. Cancellations
To cancel a recurring subscription, you must manage it directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because our Services provide immediate access to digital content and incur immediate costs for AI generation, we do not offer refunds for Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime purchases. All billing and refunds are entirely handled by Apple and Google.
5. Definition of "Lifetime" Access
A "Lifetime" purchase grants you access to the App's premium features for the operational lifetime of the Lisseni App itself, not your personal biological lifetime.
It guarantees that you will not be charged recurring subscription fees to access Pro features for as long as the App is commercially available, maintained, and supported by us. It does not represent a guarantee that the App will exist indefinitely.
6. Continuity of Service & Solo Developer Notice (Important)

Lisseni is developed, owned, and operated by a sole independent developer. By purchasing any subscription or Lifetime access, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the continued operation, maintenance, and availability of the Services are entirely dependent on the personal capacity, health, and availability of this single developer.
In the event of the developer’s death, permanent disability, severe illness, or any other unforeseen personal or financial circumstance that results in the cessation of business operations:
- •The Services (including cloud storage, AI processing capabilities, and the App itself) may be shut down immediately and permanently without prior notice.
- •All active subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) and Lifetime purchases will be considered fulfilled up to the date of termination.
- •No partial or full refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription periods or for Lifetime purchases.
- •The developer and the developer’s estate, heirs, or successors shall be held entirely harmless and shall bear no legal or financial liability for any loss of access to paid features or the loss of user data (Notes).
7. Data Responsibility
Because the service may be interrupted or terminated as described in Section 6, you are solely responsible for regularly exporting or backing up your data (Notes). We assume no liability for lost data due to service termination or technical failure.
